ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Undertake candidate research through social media media and talent databases;
- Advertise, screen, interview, and reference-check candidates;
- Interview and hire candidates using a variety of innovative recruitment techniques;
- Provide timely reports on our recruitment pipeline;
- Notify the appropriate department of upcoming hires;
- Build networks and talent pools to attract future job candidates;
- Assist with the development and implementation of our recruitment strategy;
- Provide improvement ideas and suggestions.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field;
- Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal;
- At least 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience;
- Experience working with Australian or US clients (preferred but not essential);
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player;
- High attention to detail;
- Excellent computer skills and an ability to pick up new systems with ease;
- High sense of urgency and speed
