Our agenda balances time in the office with off-site experiences, combining culture and community with work and play. It gives you the chance to experience our city first-hand, spend meaningful time with your team and leave inspired, with fresh ideas for making the most of your offshore model.

ELKonnect is exclusively for 5 ELK clients. We keep the group small so you can get to know fellow attendees, share ideas, spend time with your offshore team and explore our island together, with plenty of opportunities for fun along the way.

Our attendees are a healthy mix of advisers, practice managers, operations and HR leaders, practice owners and other senior team members. They bring different perspectives, but share a willingness to get involved, exchange ideas and make the most of the ELKonnect experience.

Many nationalities (including Australians) do not need a visa for their trip to the Philippines, but you must complete an eTravel registration within 72 hours before your departure. We’ll remind you closer to the time, but here is the link you’ll need: https://etravel.gov.ph.

It’s going to be hot, so pack clothes that are cool and comfy. Our office dress code is relaxed business casual, so nothing too formal is needed. You’ll also want beach gear to make the most of the resort, and for our closing party you can dress up or down as much as you fancy.

Our offices, transport and hotel are all air conditioned, so it’s worth bringing a light extra layer.

We’ve shared some packing suggestions here, but don’t worry if you forget anything. Our offices are right beside a large shopping centre, so you’ll be able to pick up toiletries or sort any last-minute wardrobe emergencies easily.

Yes. We want to make your stay in Cebu as chill as possible, so coach transfers are arranged for all scheduled activities. Closer to the event, we’ll share full details including pick-up locations, timings and everything else you need to know.

All delegates will be staying at Shangri-La Mactan, which will serve as our home base for the week. Check-in is on 10 March and check-out is on 14 March. It’s a beautiful and relaxing setting, perfect for unwinding between sessions and activities.

All transfers for office visits and official ELKonnect events will start and end at Shangri-La, so staying on-site ensures your movements are smooth, coordinated, and stress-free throughout the week.

Yes, you absolutely can. For guests who want to extend their stay, we have secured a preferential rate at the Shangri-La. Just let us know your preferred dates when you register, and we’ll help arrange everything so your stay remains seamless (and a little extra relaxing)

You can, however, we highly encourage staying at Shangri-La Mactan. All official transfers, pickups, and event logistics are streamlined from the hotel, and several ELKonnect activities will be held there as well. Staying on-site ensures you don’t miss anything, makes the experience smoother, and keeps you close to the rest of the ELKonnect community.

Yes. Day passes are available if you’d like to spend time together at the hotel. For a little extra indulgence, we recommend booking the Chi Spa for some well-earned pampering.

Most definitely! Your team member is very welcome to join you for ELKonnect 2027!

If they’re based in Pampanga or Dumaguete, they can absolutely fly over to Cebu to join the fun in person. We are happy to cover the cost of their flights if you cover the costs of their accommodation. We’re happy to help with guidance on affordable local hotel options near the event venue to make planning easier.

Absolutely – many clients do! You’re welcome to extend your stay before or after ELKonnect. Once your plans are clearer, we’ll be happy to assist with any logistics or arrangements needed to make your extended stay as smooth and productive as possible.

We will do our best to ensure that all delegates can access the full ELKonnect experience. Please let us know in advance if you have any particular access/mobility/sensory/dietary requirements, so we can plan to meet your needs.

Flights will be booked by you (our clients). This gives you full control over your travel times, preferred airlines, and any personal side trips you may want to tack on. Once your flights are confirmed, simply share your arrival and departure details with us so we can coordinate airport transfers and logistics smoothly.

Yes, partners and families are welcome. They can join all social activities included in the event. Just let us know the room setup you need when you register so we can arrange the right accommodation.
