Our client is an Australian-based general insurance firm, and they are looking for a process-oriented Team Leader/Supervisor to manage and supervise a growing onshore team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Developing / implementing / managing our support team resources (e.g. templates, work flows)
• Strategising work activities and setting priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
• Supervising and motivating team members through effective management, feedback, and coaching
• Reporting to the management and ensuring everyone follows the set process
• Updating templates and creating systems and processes
• Building a template library and process flows to streamline business processes
• Analysing reports including process dashboards and team performance reports

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree in any business-related course
• Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Process-driven and tech-savvy
• Excellent verbal and written English Communication skills
• Organisational, time-management, and decision-making skills
• Can effectively motivate and coach employees
• Experience in non Life Insurance
• Experience in creating process workflows and operational efficiencies
