Our client is an Australian-based general insurance firm, and they are looking for a process-oriented Team Leader/Supervisor to manage and supervise a growing onshore team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- •Developing / implementing / managing our support team resources (e.g. templates, work flows)
- Strategising work activities and setting priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
- Supervising and motivating team members through effective management, feedback, and coaching
- Reporting to the management and ensuring everyone follows the set process
- Updating templates and creating systems and processes
- Building a template library and process flows to streamline business processes
- Analysing reports including process dashboards and team performance reports
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree in any business-related course
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Process-driven and tech-savvy
- Excellent verbal and written English Communication skills
- Organisational, time-management, and decision-making skills
- Can effectively motivate and coach employees
- Experience in non Life Insurance
- Experience in creating process workflows and operational efficiencies
