Recruitment Specialist

5 ELK is an outsourcing provider working with Australian businesses to develop financial advice that creates wealth, happiness and freedom for its clients.

  • Undertake candidate research through social media media and talent databases;
  • Advertise, screen, interview, and reference-check candidates;
  • Interview and hire candidates using a variety of innovative recruitment techniques;
  • Provide timely reports on our recruitment pipeline;
  • Notify the appropriate department of upcoming hires;
  • Build networks and talent pools to attract future job candidates;
  • Assist with the development and implementation of our recruitment strategy;
  • Provide improvement ideas and suggestions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field;
  • Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal;
  • At least 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience;
  • Experience working with Australian or US clients (preferred but not essential);
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Excellent computer skills and an ability to pick up new systems with ease;
  • High sense of urgency and speed
