Our team working hours are aligned with their clients’ time zones, with shifts supporting both Australian and New Zealand, and UK and European business hours. This means our offices are a hive of activity from early morning to late evening.
Team members work in dedicated pods, supported by a Client Experience Coach who provides day-to-day guidance and maintains a strong connection between your business and the wider 5 ELK team.
Their supervisors, trainers, IT support and HR personnel all work with them onsite, so they have access to practical, professional and personal support every day.
