Living between the Philippines and Australia, when she’s not on the ground with the team, she can be found working with industry leaders as an ambassador for how to offshore the right way.

Having worked as a General Manager in multiple Financial Advice Businesses, she deeply understands the intricacies of our industry and the day to day challenges experienced by Financial Advisers and their teams.

Michael is a born coach who is passionate about helping people to discover and apply their superpowers in their leadership roles. Working behind the scenes, Michael is amping up 5 ELK’s leadership capability. He empowers our leaders to steer winning teams that solve problems and get things done for our clients. As well as supporting our leaders’ ongoing professional and personal development, he also identifies and nurtures the talents of our next-gen leadership.

With a financial services career spanning four decades across the UK, Australia, and Asia, Andy knows how to save your business time, money, and effort. Not only can he help you work out if 5 ELK is the right firm to help you build an offshore team, but if you decide to work with us, he’ll oversee your onboarding and ensure your transition into 5 ELK is as smooth as possible.
