Client Experience Managers
Our team of Client Experience Managers oversee the client experience, both in the initial stages of commencing with 5 ELK and in an ongoing capacity. They are essentially your Relationship Manager and are the first point of call for any queries or concerns. They stay in regular contact to support and guide you throughout your outsourcing journey.
Your Client Experience Manager is responsible for:
Facilitating regular Pulse Check meetings with your business
Facilitating onboarding of new team members
They will work closely with your Client Experience Coach to ensure all issues or concerns are addressed.

Client Experience Coaches
Our team of Client Experience Coaches manage the day to day needs of our Client Services Administrators. They are pivotal in creating a positive and nurturing environment that allows our team members to grow both personally and professionally. They work closely with our Operations team and collectively ensure that your team member is well supported in the workplace and are succeeding within their role.
Your Client Experience Coach is responsible for:
Weekly 1 on 1 catch-ups with your team member
Managing performance appraisals with your team member
Organising regular social gatherings
Handling annual leave requests & the point of contact when your team member is unwell.
Raising any concerns that your team member might have to the Client Experience Manager.
